The last trade of 8700 odd at 4.10pm for 20.5c, being the only trade the whole day at 20.5c should confirm this for you. As for bots, just look at the days trading and the many uneconomical trades perfectly timed, often 3 minutes apart to push the price down. Going back weeks now. What trader in their right mind would dump $10-$300 worth of shares, paying $20 a pop, 3 minutes apart when buyers wane for weeks on end?
Why KNL and not everyone else? You've already answered your own question; because no one is this far along. Companies are getting in before finance is announced, and it will be. A "hammered" German bank does not pull out of a deal backed by Germany given the "critical resource" tag they assign graphite.
This is much bigger than a simple business deal.
