Yes - not the best day. However, for long term investors the fundamentals haven't changed much. The delay in permits are a pain - Im hoping for a relatively small CR to get us over the line with the permits and then a slightly larger one afterwards - this would reduce dilution slightly. I'm certainly not selling ATM with permits imminent. Each to their own - it's a risk either way you look at it. T
