    I raised this exact question at the teleconference yesterday! Greg made it clear that they have sufficient cash-flow from Europe to see out approval in the USA. They have all resources on stand-by for a rollout in America but have not engaged or commited to expenditue at this stage. he does NOT expect a capital raising & is quite dissapointed at investor short sightedness.
