I can't seem to find any resolutions in the General Meeting for a name change. The important one - which is the "Significant change to nature and scale of business" is there. A name change would have to be on the cards as we are changing our business activity. Jat Energy sounds pathetic. Maybe they are waiting for the resolutions to pass first on the acquisition of Golden Koala. Maybe a name change to "Golden Cow" might send people into a frenzy - marketing and share price wise.
