We all love MKY, but DYL is rated because of its excellent holdings in Namibia (tubas, tumas, aussinanis), with in the order of $50-60 mill cash in the bank (>10% of its market cap), and amongst the largest planned 2008 drilling program of any u3o8 explorer.
