imo a slow accumulation has started with major funds. stop losses being targeted and triggered. book value 3.50$ all real estate on the asx undervalued and not performing. interest rates most likely have peaked and will start to drop back off next year or so... this is the time to build up positions not when the sp is 3$+ even though 3$ is still undervalued. buy in a few parcels at a time in order to dollar cost average if necessary. all imo... dyor
