Yeah, fair cop, but we are only just below the floor. Sure the basement a bit dusty and the cobwebs might look spooky but the concrete slab is solid and there is nothing but hard earth underneath.
SCG is not going down the drain. The SP has tested $2.50 four times already (this is the fifth) since the covid crash, and interest rates are nothing compared to store closures during covid.
