Once the irrational outnumber the rational picking the bottom is anyone's guess. Many stocks fell well below their cash at bank levels during the last GFC, so anything is possible. Catching the falling knife isn't for everyone.
Depressing to watch though. What we really need now is a giant carbon tax on top of the misery.
