$250 balance = fee of $8 = 40% interest per year
$500 balance = fee of $8 = 20% interest per year
$1000 balance = fee of $8 = 10% interest per year
$2000 balance = fee of $8 = 5% interest per year
Nothing in life is free
Of course the person in perpetual fee paying senario will rather pay 5% but lol semantics. But this person likely already maxed out Credit card.
Someone who carries zero balance on BNPL likely will not be paying interest on balances either.
A rather simple concept.
