I agree, even on a conservative valuation basin the Surat Basin CSG permit area is worth .20c PS. None of that is factored into the SP. Nor is Vanessa or Hornet.
The value will be seen in the SP (over time) as we make announcements derisking the permits and thus advancing the 2P reserves in those areas.
I too am frustrated in the current SP, but the value is there for SXY in the undeveloped Gas assets. That's independent of any oil they find along the way. More patience is required. Its good value at these level's....
