Yes I believe it will be approved. I’m sure Breeze has been able to read into his conversations with all the relevant people that we haven’t been privy to.

I just don’t see what would be in it for the Gov to give a ‘gentleman’s handshake’, contravening the official process and probably the law. I don’t think that’s a risk they’d want to take for this relatively small project (compared to Adani etc.).

I think Breeze has hired people and got things lined up because he has to operate as if approval is a given, otherwise things would be sitting around for a year. It’s a gamble for him to do this but the whole thing is a gamble.
