fact is that even if this gets rejected which I highly doubt then the second extension will pass and it will be as if this was approved anyway.
if thiS don’t s gets rejected than the unwitty will sell thinking it over and the larger investors will buy up the dip because they understand this will be drilled using the COVID extension application anyway.
why do you think the sophisticated investment put up 9mil at 13c? imo the security of the COVID extension just Incase.
