The rig to land proximity is a non issue
Not so. I think Keith Pitt and NOPSEMA would be extremely interested in this. Could have traffic flow, public amenity, safety and servicing issues etc. where the supply line comes ashore. And this would be related to where the proposed rig is to be located.
