I remember reading a post here in the last few days stating the SEC would not let them list until the SPP is fully out of the way ?
Can anyone confirm this or was it just assumption?
If it is so does that mean they can not announce the N listing until it is over or can they announce during the spp with the timing for the listing coming after the SPP is complete.
