It should have finished above 40 cents, but as you correctly say it defies any logic.
The one stock that should benefit from good "news" and it ends up dead flat - still waiting for that 30%+ day to come. The longer it stays at these ridiculous low levels around 40 cents, the greater the chance we will see that day soon and the issue of a speeding ticket and Pauline will say "please explain". I will say "wow we finally started to restore some common sense to the share price". Still price will be too low but at least it will be a step and the "herd" might start to take some notice.
I am feeling very confident about the future.
