Manf I've been reading for years that people "think" and "believe" the NY fracking decision will be overturned - heck I used to even post this same view myself !
But it is better to look at the facts - it has not been overturned, and there is nothing apart from "belief" to confirm it will be. There has been plenty of similar good reasoning used in past years to justify thoughts that fracking will be allowed, but it aint happened.
A salient point to consider is the company itself cannot "believe" it will be overturned - or it would have retained or even upgraded it's 5,000 boepd target !! Instead the target has gooooone. Disappeared !
If the market thought the shares were a daylight robbery... well maybe the SP would not be continually dropping ?
I still think we may have some very very long term prospects in NT, that is if we find the reserves and if it can be commercially extracted.
