The fracking decision in NY has not been overturned, if it had we would not have this conversation, because the share price would be at a level I probably would not be interested to invest in this company for a while.

If you "believe" in a certain outcome to the fracking decision you have to base it on facts, not dreams. That is why I listed the reasons for my believe:

"NY State elections are out of the way.
Pro fracking polling is now at 50 % compared with against.
Land owners are preparing to sue NY State by end December.
Obama and his energy minister are pro fracking.
Cuomo has to make a decision soon, otherwise his presidential ambitions will be shoot."

Never before have this events lined up like this. There is a difference between hoping and probability.

We invest into these stocks because of there potential, if you read cocopops post you know what I mean, plus NY & NT.

That's all FACTS.

So don't give to much consideration to our acreages in NY & NT in terms of price, it sounds like your talking the share price down. Both holdings are not reflected in the value of the current share price.

That the share price is being played with is obvious.
