Positive results will lift the SP - but not the stratosphere.
What BIT needs is exceptional results - one that catches the attention of mainstream media - and BP. That would put a rocket under the SP.
Just positive results may not be enough to suggest the "cure" word. previous tests have also been positive.
As you suggest - none of us are clairvoyant though
