    Hi Investpro69,

I am internally debating whether it is merely a lack of knowledge or self imposed ignorance and bias that afflicts you. I'm going to hedge my bets and settle for a bit of both.

Employee loan schemes are very common. The board must approve the loan and none would do so if the CFO was heading for the chop, or had any intention to rapidly sell up. There would be a lien on the shares which would prohibit/restrict how they are dealt with and all this within usually very restrictive/limited trading windows which again are only approved by the board.

Insider trading? Rubbish. No CFO would risk their entire future career for something so stupid. So of course he's not going to do any "insider trading".

"No Confidence"? I'd like to see if you'd have enough cajones to put you family in debt for $800k to do at-the-money options!

    Wow, you are twisted.

    And leave those puppies alone.
