Fortunately it's only the share price that's down 24%. The company itself certainly isn't "down" 24% and in fact is making good progress, albeit more slowly than some have hoped for. Overall I don't see anything in the company reports to justify the downward trend. The longer it continues, the greater the mismatch between SP and company fundamentals.
I note with some interest there was a similar downward trend between Mar - Sep 2015. Hopefully history repeats itself....
