MXC have confirmed on numerous occasions that the deal is solid and going head, this in addition to numerous correspondence between shareholders and Varm Cosmo confirming that the launch will happen mid year.
It surprises me Sparkz that despite you originally coming to this forum to do some research on behalf of your 'friend' whom is a mxc shareholder, you really are actively involved in this forum and continuing to be a sceptic/downramper.
I assume you either are an upset mxc holder yourself, or you were hoping that mxc would drop low enough again for you to jump on board, which in this case you'd be kicking yourself for not getting in at this current price.
