We have not heard from GXY management on SDV progress regarding their search for a partner for quite sometime. I don't think we will hear anything from GXY. This wave of selling is rather unusual and most likely from an insider. So I suggest that we brace for the full impact. Something is coming soon.
Long time back everyone praised AT for selling a portion of SDV to POSCO. My point has always been that you never sell the resource you only sell the end product. I also said that the opportunity came, AT and the board kept playing their games, in the meantime lithium prices in China crashed, POSCO had a close look at our management, instead decided to take a slice of SDV and left the stage.
This management and the board cannot build SDV. They are too scared to go alone. Secondly they need to come clean by giving us a full disclosure response on the discussions and where we are heading with SDV.... I wonder if it will ever happen.
