The aggregate shorts are not rising this indicates the daily short push is being covered through the day by the same shorting entity. They are reciprocating a bundle of stock back and forth dropping the the price on each cycle. Its easy to see when high daily shorts are not increasing the aggregate and the turnover is 50% of all shares in three months with no change in holding notices.
You dont need to look too hard to see the stock is being fiddled, the only thing that moves the stock price is the buying or selling of shares the rest is a load of horse dung.
