The Lithium from AGY is literally starting delivery in June 2019. SDV most likely won't even have a partner by then. Mitsu needs Lithium now not in 4 years. AGY may licence their brine technical skills to GXY who knows. When SDV eventually comes online i'm sure they will have a jap major like Mitsu or others with an off-take.
