my guess is regulation changes to network pricing will be rapid and sorted by the good man running the show by early 2017 providing sufficient warning and adjustment period to APA Jemena and ready for start of NEGI. Absolutely essential to enable business forecasting for end user, signing of GSAs and stimulate much needed exploration / production for 2019 when shortfall is worst.
