I trust you have done your research very thorougly and again thank you for that. It saves me trying to find out things that you have already done.
The reason why I am following PPX and recently have bought the stock is that I used to be a shareholder in KNP. A Dutch company that was bought by PPX. I am a Dutchman living in WA with a certain knowledge of the underlying European assets. I have no knowledge of the names of the owners of the PXUPA shs. If I would have played a corporate advisory role i would have contacted the PXUPA holders and asked for how much money they would agree to settle. Since we all know that PPX is still in a close to receivership situation a cheaper settlement than 100 dlrs is a certain possibility. If 10 dlrs for every PXUPA would be accepted, the 28 mln dlrs necessary could be paid with shares. This would immediately raise the shareprice resulting in a great win not only for existing shareholders, but als for PXUPA holders.
