The Harry Boon board actually announced at one stage that was their intent ,( ie and can cancel 10

If they do buy some at sub $ 10 and can cancel $100 of the balance sheet each time they do I cant see how that is not for both.

I wont sell my hybrids at sub $10 for cash , but would consider a share swap that is priced fairly

Personally I think the SP of the ordinary shares would appreciate dramatically post a successful share swap and hybrid holders would own most of the company .

Bought some more Hybrids this week when the ratio went below 100 for 1 .
