    Do not think they can do buy backs at present as they need to conserve cash until they are out of the woods. Need to keep the bankers onside.

    I agree that if they start buying back the price of PUPAs will rise. However everyone they buy back cheap reduces ultimate debt. They do not need to buy them all back in the shorter term
