    I am not familiar with the PXUPA terms.
    I thought they were perpetual and not redeemable. If there is a chance of a 100 dlr repayment 8.75 seems a bargain since you have preference over common shareholders.
    I would be very much obliged if you could shine some light on this hybrid.
