"Don't understand why people made up of this expectation"

Surely its simple to understand!

But to spell it out - the company made an announcement just 5-6 weeks ago that the porting was on track to be completed by end of March.

I doubt that the company would actually consider it MORE important to announce that a core project was 'on track' than announce its actual completion!

So the company, itself, set up the expectation in its previous announcements - including the continual emphasis it places on the importance of the Telink partnership.

I can understand why people would want to down play this. Just depends on whether you prefer the illusionary comfort of spin or the sometimes uncomfortable reality.
