many peeps getting excited by a few pips rise in SP
Simple manipulation at the moment.....manipulated down, same as up.
No leaks no Big Anns due....(or maybe there are..)
simply XPE is seriously undervalued ATM.....up to 3.3 in next couple of weeks.
When the big Anns come...ie those that have revenue base attached, then the market will become interested.
Ports will keep accumulating quietly at under 3c
