Is that the announcement is it noob?
There was no need for a TH when the market was informed of what was happening.
They have effectively stopped any FOMO buying today which would have given us a buffer for any sellers that offload on confirmation.
Unless they release some extra details of the partnership with the ann then the SP will probably dip back to .25.
We will know soon enough but atm it looks like a dumb move.
