lithium bubble isn't going to burst. keep in mind the demand for lithium is only going to increase as more and more products that we use are switching to to be lithium powered, and the demand for longer battery life for these products（ phones， cars， gadget， etc) will only lead to higher demand. technology break through will assist to achieve this goal.
VW has plans in the near future to mass produce electric vehicles as we heard on the news, and other companies will soon follow.
don't forget the governments in most countries encourage the development of EV with the understanding that it's a greener,more sustainable tech and government grants are given to manufactures and to buyers of the EVs.
so, no, the bubble hasn't even inflated yet.
