I think it is the case that there are relatively few shares owned by individual punters like us and a few sales here and there have an impact on the SP. I think that the Aussie market ignores AGD because it is mostly in Chile and has low liquidity. It will take some good news for just a handful to get interested it and the SP will be off to the races. Like you, holders are not buying more as they are probably a long way underwater so good news is needed.
