What I do is look at what each of the PEP 11 stocks value Advent at. My formula is simplistic, it only takes account of current shares on issue in MMR, GBA, BPH against their holdings in Advent and assumes all of their current MC is attributable to Advent. Additionally I have taken any notice or made adjustments for cross ownership.
So today the following companies value their ownership of Advent at:
BPH: 1.61 MMR: 1.92 GBA: 1.27
And for BUY, at an Advent price of 1.50 the MC share of PEP11 is $39 mil
