Other major shareholders of Advent (prior to the Proposed Transaction) comprise: ! BPH Corporate Ltd (ASX:BPH) - 21.29% 1 ! Talbot Group Investments - 10.42% ! Grandbridge Limited (ASX:GBA) - 8.75%.
