hi seals, why the $100 mill figure is being thrown around is that is roughly what the verte deal was for 50% mak at 50 cent/ share. 200+mill new shares at 50cent a share+funding. mak terminated this early after talking with nmdc. imo, it is highly possible nmdc will atleast match the offer proposed under the verte mou.
