    I have been trying to work out the current SP value based on the new arrangement and it appears that it should be around 4.5 cents
    This is based on Golden China Resources Corporation shares currently trading on the TSX at .22

    Where - .22*5 = 1.10 (GCRC 5:1 share consolidation)
    (1.10 / 27.75) / .865 (.865 exchange rate)
    = .045

    Any thoughts - please correct me if I have stuffed it up
