Trying to understand the Allco/Rubicon announcement, it says Allco will acquire the remaining 80% of the group and that shareholders will be paid with a combination of cash and Allco shares - doesn't this imply that RAT & REU will be de-listed ?
Interestingly it doesn't get into ay sort of details re hte payment.
Any view ?
