Given that their Chairman and major shareholder has also bought shares, does this make it unlikely that ERM would make a takeover offer unless it was a joint offer between himself and ERM as I assume it would be a conflict of interest if he sold his shares into an ERM bid.
Given that LNG and ERM are the two largest shareholders are these just blocking stakes to make sure MEL stays independent.
