sp ... will aussies lead or follow ?

I own Lynas on both the ASX:LYC, and on the OTC:LYSCF
for over 1 year now. I first bought LYSCF in 2010 at $1.65
when there was far more risk and the REE basket price had
not yet peaked.

At this moment LYSCF is holding steady at around the same
price as it was in November 2010 !!! LYSCF follows the
LYC price 90% of the time, pretty much to the penny. It
is clear that today it is following the German LYI.F price
as it is exactly the same as the 1.28 Euros that it closed
at in Germany.

My question is...will the Aussie SP follow the U.S. price
today, or will it lead us to new highs ? While happy with
a 16% rise today so far, I am astounded that with POL in
hand the SP is the same as it was over 1 year ago.

I look forward to any comments about this.
