The vwap whilst trading CE indicates a sp of ~5.8c once it goes XE
Given the uncertainties re BHP etc it doesn't look undervalued at 5.8cps imo.
OEL might attract some interest when Argentina/Italy drilling commences but ~1 billion shares on issue will make it a sluggish mover.
Cash is still tight post raising so not much room for any more stuffups.
Cant see a compelling reason to buy at these levels.
