From charting point of view I believe 33.5 is the key as that was the previous swing low.
If it can swing back up before then, then good. Otherwise you'll be looking at a lower swing low and then possibly a lower swing high. Not ideal scenarios.
Also, I don't need to mention how the MA's are looking.
