The limited cash is just for working capital, not for a buy back program.
Moreover , they are short of cash anyhow to start up production, this is becoming a bottle neck, as at current SP they cannot raise cash.
BFS to start production showed $150 million, new BFS will most probably be much higher.
This will be a huge obstacle with current marketcap <$ 50 million
They also might consider to buy remaining shares in Union Resources to get 100% control over Namibia.
There is no cash at all for funny items.
