    I use a more technical method, but below is a simplistic Intrinsic Value equation.

    ROE/Required Rate of Return x Total Equity

    ie: 25% / 12% multiplied by $100million gives us an intrinsic value of $208.3m. Theres your market cap...divide by shares issued and you have a simple intrinsic value per share.

    I strongly recommend buying Roger Montgomery's new book, Value.Able. Its on his website. The book is a fantastic read and has some more complex formulas using tables to factor in payout ratios and the likes.
