    You would be capping if you were accumulating stock - essentially you are trying to force sellers to list their stock below your large sell orders otherwise they wont get filled - stops the price running up. Usually accompanied by lots of small orders being filled (bot action)

    I had a look at the course of sales:

    12/1 slipped down on light volume (193K) to 1.345
    13/1 opened at $1.35 and an early purchase of 74K of stock took it to $1.40. Light volume day (153K) The large sell orders then appeared
    14/1 Traded in a tight range anchored around $1.40, Good volume 737K.

    My conclusion is we have a large buyer accumulating.
