soho, I think what is being implied is that if you sit on the sideline and wait until after a partner is announced before entering, you're going to miss a significant re-rating. You're going to have to actually own the stock before the announcement is made to make the largest profits. Of course this carries much more risk. The re-rating won't come in Q4 2014 just as the first shipment of ore is about to be loaded onto one of those lovely Chinamax ships, it will come much earlier than that, assuming partners sign of course.
