Interesting day today again. Like Friday, very little trades at 45.5 but we close on this price. I also noticed that there were 2 shares in it from .455 or .46. The crossover price was adjusted at each buy/sell order to close at .455. i.e. if someone put in a buy, it would be matched by a sell (in overall volume. Does look like it is being held, not sure what else to make of it.
