    i dont believe the company or Clive would want any rise in the share price until after the shareholders meeting 3rd June.

    Or else Clive is going to look greedy when we vote on the issue of shares to Minerology at 30.5C.

    I dont believe we have a choice as other methods of raising capital may be difficult and time consuming.
