If the market rallies even a small bit then I think Westside will go with it.

It is lacking volume at the moment and the trades that are going through in the 23-26 range are pretty insignificant other than to say it is not going to go any lower, imo. I think the only way is up for westside.

A reliable gas producer with an experienced team enhancing the well economics with in place infrastructure next to an LNG export hub - is there any other way to put it?

I don't often say this, but I think patience will pay off with this one.
